Kimberley Walsh And Alfie Boe Release Duet

Girls Aloud member Kimberley Walsh has had a break from the pop charts recently as she's been starring as Princess Fiona in the West End musical, Shrek. However, she's likely to make a return to the top 40 this summer as she has recorded a duet with classical singer Alfie Boe, which will be the official Team GB single for this year's Olympics and Paralympics.
Kimberley and Alfie got together to record a duet of "One Vision" by Queen, hoping that the song's inspirational lyrics will encourage the British athletes to do their best in the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. Walsh and Boe will perform the song with the backing of the Youth Music Voices choir at a special launch party, which will be attended by Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Although "One Vision" is Team GB's official single for the Olympics this year, there are also several more songs being released to mark the occasion. Most notably, Mark Ronson and Katy B have collaborated on a track called "Anywhere In The World," which will be released on May 13 in conjunction with Olympic sponsor Coca Cola.
